Katherine and Jeremy at Will Call are absolute legends. If you’ve ever picked up an order at Shamrock and had the pleasure of dealing with these two, you know exactly what I mean. They’re not just doing their jobs. They’re running Will Call with the energy, efficiency, and care of people who actually give a damn. Katherine brings this incredible calm confidence to the chaos. Always welcoming, always in control, and somehow always one step ahead. And Jeremy? Friendly, fast, laser-focused, and always making sure you leave with exactly what you need. These two don’t just move boxes. They move the whole experience to a higher level. Even on the busiest days, they’re upbeat, patient, and solutions-first. You feel taken care of. Seen. Like your time matters. That kind of service is rare, and it's the reason I keep coming back. Huge appreciation to them both. Shamrock’s lucky to have them, and so are we.
